Bulgur with creamy mushrooms

dairy-free, soy-free, refined sugar-free     There are a house from bulgur with a mushroom roof. Amazing smell of the coconut and fried onion. And this tender creamy mushrooms... Mmm... Welcome to the Mushroom Bulgur house!
🍴Ingredients1 cup (250 ml) bulgur1 ½ cup (375 ml) chopped fresh white mushrooms1 cup (250 ml) coconut milk1 tablespoon (15 ml) melted coconut oil1 teaspoon (5 ml) onion powder1-2 teaspoon (2-5 ml) pink salt, to taste🍴DirectionsCook the bulgur according to the instruction on the package. About 20-30 minutes. Add the half of salt.Add the coconut oil when the bulgur would be ready.Fry the mushrooms for about 15 minutes.Add the onion powder, half of salt, coconut milk to the mushrooms. Fry for about 10-15 minutes.Add the mushroom sauce to the bulgur. Cook time: 30-40 minutes
Makes: 3 cups

    Have you already tried the cashew sauce? For me it is more delicious than mayonnaise and sour cream. Just cashew, water and spices. It is so nice!

🍴Ingredients
1 cup (250 ml) cashew2 ¼ cup (560 ml) water½ -1 teaspoon (2-5 ml) pink salt, to taste¼ teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper, to taste1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon juice¼-½ teaspoon (1-2 ml) garlic powder, to taste 🍴Directions
Soak the cashews in the 2 cups (500 ml) of water about 4 hours or a night.Rinse the soaked nuts.Add the cashews, ¼ cup (60 ml) water and all other ingredients to a blender or a food processor.Blend to the consistency of sour cream. Cook time: 8-10 hours
