      Hello!
     I am a Raspberry Pudding! Welcome to my house! There are glass pink walls with a frosting of raspberries and agave syrup, banana table with sweet oatmeal tablecloth and chia chairs in my house. Also it can be decorated with nuts, seeds, chocolate nibs... I like my house, love the raspberry smell.

    Raspberry, banana, oats, chia, sweet agave syrup with hemp milk. Good meal for breakfast, dinner or lunch. Tasty and healthy! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup (425 ml) hemp milk
  • ½ cup (175 ml) oats
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) chia seeds
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) agave syrup
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup (250 ml) raspberry

Directions

  1. Put the raspberry, milk, agave syrup and banana to the blender.
  2. Blend.
  3. Add the chia seeds and oats.
  4. Put to the fridge for 6 hours or night.

Cook time: 8-9 hours
Makes: 2 cups
Tips: Can be served with the chocolate nibs

      The tasty vegan whole grain mac & cheese macaroni lives on this page. Ingredients1 ½ cup (375 ml) whole grain macaroni¼-1 teaspoon (1-5 ml) garlic powder, to taste½-1 ½ teaspoon (2-7 ml) pink salt, to taste¼ teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper, to taste1 tablespoon (15 ml) nutritional yeast1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegan butter1 tablespoon (15 ml) rice flour½ teaspoon (2 ml) onion powder½ cup (125 ml) almond milkDirections Cook the macaroni according to the instruction on the package.Rinse and drain the macaroni. Mix all dry ingredients.Add the milk and all dry ingredients to the macaroni. Stir.Cook for about 2-5 minutes on the medium-high heat. Add the butter.
