Ingredients½ cup (125 ml) water2 ½ cup (625 ml) chopped baked pumpkin7 big dates, pitted½ cup (125 ml) rice flour½ cup (125 ml) corn flour3 tablespoon (45 ml) almond flour1 tablespoon (15 ml) corn starch1 teaspoon (5 ml) baking powder2 teaspoon (10 ml) pumpkin spice3 tablespoon (45 ml) melted coconut oil3 tablespoon (45 ml) dates syrup DirectionsHeat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Mix all dry ingredients, except spices Add the coconut oil, syrup and ½ cup (125 ml) water.Make the dough.
