dairy-free, soy-free, refined sugar-free, egg-free     The ginger, nutmeg and orange smell… The whole wheat walls. The Ginger Stars sisters live in this house! They make a delicious ginger cookies with a sweet orange smell. This is a nice dessert for the holidays and for every day.
The recipe of the orange gingerbread cookies is below.  Ingredients1 cup (250 ml) whole wheat flour½ cup (125 ml) rice flour½ cup (125 ml) melted coconut oil¼ cup (60 ml) cane sugar 3 tablespoon (45 ml) orange zest1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground ginger 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground nutmeg½ teaspoon (2 ml) baking soda1 teaspoon (5 ml) apple vinegarDirectionsHeat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Combine flour, ginger, nutmeg, orange zest and sugar.Add the vinegar to the baking soda. Add to the dough.Add the coconut oil. Gently stirring until oil disappear.Make the cookies.Line a rimmed baking sheet with a parchment paper. Put the cookies.Bake about 10-15 minutes.Cool about 5 minutes.Cook time: 20-30 minutes

Ingredients1 ½ cup (375 ml) boiled chickpea½ -2 teaspoon (2-10 ml) pink salt, to taste¼-½ teaspoon (1-2 ml) black pepper, to taste1 teaspoon (5 ml) onion powder, to taste½-1 teaspoon (2-5 ml) garlic powder, to taste1 teaspoon (5 ml) paprika powder1 teaspoon (5 ml) italian seasoning2 tablespoon (20 ml) avocado oilDirectionsHeat the oven to 400°F (200°C).Mix all ingredients.Line a rimmed baking sheet with a parchment paper. Put the chickpea.Bake until crispy about 30-40 minutesCool at least 1 hour. The chickpea will become crunchy as it cools.Transfer to the airtight container. Cook time: 40-50 minutes
Makes: 1 ½ cup
Tips: Can be store in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days at  a fridge. But these are best eaten within 1 day for a better taste.
