Ингредиенты

  • 1 ½ чашки (375 ml) варенного нута
  • ½ -2 чайные ложки (2-10 ml) розовой соли, по вкусу
  • ¼-½ чайные ложки (1-2 ml) черного перца, по вкусу
  • 1 чайные ложки (5 ml) лукового порошка, по вкусу
  • ½-1 чайные ложки (2-5 ml) чесночного порошка, по вкусу
  • 1 чайные ложки (5 ml) паприки
  • 1 чайные ложки (5 ml) итальнских трав
  • 2 столовые ложки (20 ml) авокадо масла (или любого другого, на ваш вкус)

Как готовить

  1. Разогреть духовку 400°F (200°C).
  2. Смешать все ингредиенты
  3. Застелить лист для выпечки пергаментной бумагой
  4. Выложить нут, желательно одним слоем
  5. Печь приблизительно 30-40 минут
  6. Остудить, хотя бы 1 час. 
Время приготовления: 40-50 минут
Сколько получится: 1 ½ чашки

Ingredients1 ½ cup (375 ml) whole grain macaroni¼-1 teaspoon (1-5 ml) garlic powder, to taste½-1 ½ teaspoon (2-7 ml) pink salt, to taste¼ teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper, to taste1 tablespoon (15 ml) nutritional yeast1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegan butter1 tablespoon (15 ml) rice flour½ teaspoon (2 ml) onion powder½ cup (125 ml) almond milkDirections Cook the macaroni according to the instruction on the package.Rinse and drain the macaroni. Mix all dry ingredients.Add the milk and all dry ingredients to the macaroni. Stir.Cook for about 2-5 minutes on the medium-high heat. Add the butter.
