The recipe of delicious pumpkin spice granola you can find below.


  • 1 ¾ cup (375 ml) gluten-free oats
  • ½ cup (125 ml) raw hazelnuts
  • ½ cup (125 ml) chopped dried pumpkin
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon (10 ml) pumpkin spice
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) pure coconut nectar syrup


  1. Heat the oven to 275°F (140°C). 
  2. Stir all ingredients.
  3. Line a rimmed baking sheet with a parchment paper. Put the granola.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes. Then stir.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the granola start to turn golden.
  6. Cool for at least 1 hour. The granola will become crunchy as it cools. Transfer to the airtight container. 

Cook time: 45-55 minutes
Makes: 3 cups
Tips: Can be store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks or freeze it for 4 weeks. Also you can do the same granola on the skillet. It would be quicker.

      The tasty vegan whole grain mac & cheese macaroni lives on this page. Ingredients1 ½ cup (375 ml) whole grain macaroni¼-1 teaspoon (1-5 ml) garlic powder, to taste½-1 ½ teaspoon (2-7 ml) pink salt, to taste¼ teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper, to taste1 tablespoon (15 ml) nutritional yeast1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegan butter1 tablespoon (15 ml) rice flour½ teaspoon (2 ml) onion powder½ cup (125 ml) almond milkDirections Cook the macaroni according to the instruction on the package.Rinse and drain the macaroni. Mix all dry ingredients.Add the milk and all dry ingredients to the macaroni. Stir.Cook for about 2-5 minutes on the medium-high heat. Add the butter.
