I live in the tasty sea near the black pepper field. The Coconut River and the Mushroom River flow into my delicious sea.

Do you like mushrooms? Do you like coconut? We can combine them and have a delicious mushroom-coconut sauce. It is good to the salads, toasts and macaroni. Ingredients1 ½ cup (375 ml) white mushrooms 1 ½ cup (375 ml) coconut milk½ -1 teaspoon (2-5 ml) pink salt, to taste¼ teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper, to taste DirectionsPut a skillet to the stove over medium high heat.Cut the mushrooms. Put them to the skillet.Reduce the heat. Fry about 15 minutes.Add the coconut milk and spices. Bring to boil. Cook until ready, about 15 minutes.Put to a blender or a food processor. Blend to the consistency of sour cream.Cook time: 30-40 minutes Makes: 2 cups
