Orange ginger cookies

dairy-free, soy-free, refined sugar-free, egg-free     The ginger, nutmeg and orange smell… The whole wheat walls. The Ginger Stars sisters live in this house! They make a delicious ginger cookies with a sweet orange smell. This is a nice dessert for the holidays and for every day.
The recipe of the orange gingerbread cookies is below.  Ingredients1 cup (250 ml) whole wheat flour½ cup (125 ml) rice flour½ cup (125 ml) melted coconut oil¼ cup (60 ml) cane sugar 3 tablespoon (45 ml) orange zest1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground ginger 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground nutmeg½ teaspoon (2 ml) baking soda1 teaspoon (5 ml) apple vinegarDirectionsHeat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Combine flour, ginger, nutmeg, orange zest and sugar.Add the vinegar to the baking soda. Add to the dough.Add the coconut oil. Gently stirring until oil disappear.Make the cookies.Line a rimmed baking sheet with a parchment paper. Put the cookies.Bake about 10-15 minutes.Cool about 5 minutes.Cook time: 20-30 minutes

Ginger cookies with an almond flour

     The ginger and cinnamon smell… The whole wheat walls with the dried apricots decorations. The Ginger man lives in this house!
The recipe of gingerbread cookies with an almond flour and dried apricots is below.
Ingredients1 cup (250 ml) whole wheat flour½ cup (125 ml) almond flour½ cup (125 ml) melted coconut oil¼ cup (60 ml) cane sugar ¼ cup (60 ml) chopped dried apricots 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground ginger 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground cinnamon½ teaspoon (2 ml) baking soda1 teaspoon (5 ml) apple vinegarDirectionsHeat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Combine flour, ginger, cinnamon, dried apricots and sugar.Add the vinegar to the baking soda.
