Ingredients½ cup (125 ml) green sweet pea¾ cup (200 ml) coconut milk½-1 teaspoon (2-5 ml) pink salt, to taste¼ teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper, to taste¼-½ teaspoon (1-2 ml) garlic powder, to taste DirectionsPut all ingredients to the blender. Blend. Cook time: 10-15 minutes Makes: 1 cup

Do you like mushrooms? Do you like coconut? We can combine them and have a delicious mushroom-coconut sauce. It is good to the salads, toasts and macaroni. Ingredients1 ½ cup (375 ml) white mushrooms 1 ½ cup (375 ml) coconut milk½ -1 teaspoon (2-5 ml) pink salt, to taste¼ teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper, to taste DirectionsPut a skillet to the stove over medium high heat.Cut the mushrooms. Put them to the skillet.Reduce the heat. Fry about 15 minutes.Add the coconut milk and spices. Bring to boil. Cook until ready, about 15 minutes.Put to a blender or a food processor. Blend to the consistency of sour cream.Cook time: 30-40 minutes Makes: 2 cups

     Hello! I am a basil-mint Hummus! I live in a Chickpea Lake near Basil and Mint Garden.      Hummus is easy to make, it is inexpensive, tasty and healthy. It is excellent with fresh vegetables and pita. Refreshing hummus with basil and mint lives on this page. Chickpea, basil and mint are good combination. 🍴Ingredients1 cup (250 ml) boiled chickpea¼ cup (60 ml) water1-2 tablespoon (15-30 ml) olive oil½ -1 teaspoon (2-5ml) pink salt, to taste¼ teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper, to taste1-3 teaspoon (5-15 ml) lemon juice¼-½ teaspoon (1-2 ml) garlic powder, to taste½ -1 teaspoon (2-5ml) onion powder, to taste2 tablespoon (30 ml) tahini½ -1 teaspoon (2-5ml) chopped fresh basil½ -1 teaspoon (2-5ml) chopped fresh mint🍴DirectionsAdd all ingredients to a blender.Blend to the consistency of sour cream.Cook time: 15-20 minutes

    Hello!      I am a Cashew Sauce! Nice to meet you! I live in the Big Cashew river near the Big Cashew forest and Garlic garden. I am tasty, sweet and have a little garlic smell.
    Have you already tried the cashew sauce? For me it is more delicious than mayonnaise and sour cream. Just cashew, water and spices. It is so nice!

🍴Ingredients
1 cup (250 ml) cashew2 ¼ cup (560 ml) water½ -1 teaspoon (2-5 ml) pink salt, to taste¼ teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper, to taste1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon juice¼-½ teaspoon (1-2 ml) garlic powder, to taste 🍴Directions
Soak the cashews in the 2 cups (500 ml) of water about 4 hours or a night.Rinse the soaked nuts.Add the cashews, ¼ cup (60 ml) water and all other ingredients to a blender or a food processor.Blend to the consistency of sour cream. Cook time: 8-10 hours
Makes: 1 cup
